1792 Full Proof!! This is our first crack at the legendary beast from our friends at Sazerac / Buffalo Trace and we couldn't be more excited. While this was another COVID "Committee Pick" done by the distilling team, we've been fans of this bottle for years and are super pumped to get our paws on it. 1792 Full Proof is distilled at Barton, the legendary KY distillery of Very Old Barton fame (for dusty lovers). This is their high-corn mashbill (74% corn, 18% rye, 8% barley). It's bottled non-chill-filtered, at full 125 proof, and aged 7-8 years.

We've always had some dope private barrels of 1792 Full Proof in the collection, and since the club started we've been hoping to get our own. This stuff is even more in demand since it won Jim Murrays 2020 Whiskey of the Year! Giddy-up Dr. Jones!!
