The oldest bourbon yet released by Beast Masters Club, this 14 year Knob Creek barrel absolutely knocked our socks off at the Double Barrel picking event we did last fall. It was one of those experiences where you put your nose in the glass and know immediately that you were meant to be together for eternity.

There is an incredible roundness to this bourbon, which is hard to explain until you experience the flavor profile. It starts with roasted cashew nuts, dripping with brown sugar, salt, and candy crust. Then you get the massive wood, leather, and tobacco notes. Then finally some green chiles and little bursts of barbecue sauce. And maybe at the end a hint of orange zest? It’s the most deep and layered Knob Creek we’ve ever tasted and balances out an incredibly deep palate with really well integrated flavors.

The 120 proof point doesn’t hurt neither, this is a beast of a bourbon, though really you’d never guess it was this proof. It’s insanely drinkable for being this full.
