This well-aged Fiji rum combines incredible uniqueness with superior subtlety. It’s immediately going in the tropical fruit direction with noticeable pineapple and mango. Just fresh, sweet, top of the tongue glory. The long aging makes itself known in the obvious maturity of the spirit, almost in the vein of a 30+ year old single malt, it’s very, dangerously, easy to drink and all the flavors are immaculately integrated into a cohesive wonderful result. This is one of the most special rums we’ve tasted, and a definite crowd favorite at our Holmes Cay event.
