On the heels of our super popular Starlight Four Grain Bourbon, here is the sister barrel, their delicious rye whiskey. Showcasing the 100% grain-to-glass culture at Huber Orchards, the rye is absolutely the shining star of their whiskey lineup.

Starting with Starlight's signature smoky char notes, the rye is soft-spicy with cloves, and cinnamon sticks and nutmeg, some black pepper, very nice. Clean with a ton of mint, a little oil, and leather. Kind of reminds us of the old MGP Willett ryes, the green ink four-year beauties. Some pink peppercorns, wildflowers (yellow ones like daisies), lemon, and honey. The palate comes in with more punchy herbs, flowers, and smoke. And the finish is spicy and clean and very very smooth considering the proof!
